Still feel pain, sorry of my kids suffering, sorry for myself , sorry For losing the one unit family, love, see how people get advantage of the stiuation for example my siblings took over my heritage, talking bad about me…….Thinking that my kids and I deserve better. Meanwhile thankful that we are healthy & they are doing great in school, activities & relationship with friends . Thankful that I have a successful business started 4 years ago, no mental illness..
Maybe The question is: how to get reed of the negative feelings? Reed of feeling or see my self down ? What do you think? I need help to step out !
